Contact info (name, email, address, phone) for condo owners as well as when the condo was last purchased, how long it sat on the market, etc. We use public data sources like ACRIS and other data providers to ensure the contact info is accurate. No spam or adding owners to your CRM or mailing list. If you violate our rules you will be banned.Why do we exist?
We are a group of real estate agents who found that the new NAR rules are complicating relationships with homebuyers and are focusing on acquiring more listings. We also want to democratize who has access to luxury condo listings because today, they are all controlled by a few brokers from top firms (e.g. Elliman, Corcoran, Sotheby's, etc.) Traditional agents are averse to using newer marketing channels to sell condos while new agents are tapping into social media channels. We believe new agents should have the opportunity to become listing agents on these luxury condos if they are willing to work hard and utilize new marketing channels effectively.How much will it cost?
